FINDING WORKERS WITHOUT SPENDING A TON OF DOUGH
According to an article in Expansion Management magazine,
South Dakota ranked #4 in 1998 for providing the overall lowest employment
costs.
The Employment Cost Index studies the cost for wages,
workers' compensation benefits, and unemployment insurance in its effort
to achieve an accurate estimate of employment costs per state.
