You've made the sale,
congratulations!! After the sale, you have more to do to satisfy the
customer's requirements. There are many details to the transaction, and
the documentation is just one piece of the puzzle of international trade.
This will be an introduction to the documentation that moves the shipment and
gets you paid. More information and detail is needed for international
shipments than for domestic transactions. Bring along a copy of a
documentation completed for a domestic or, if you have one, an international
transaction; use these documents to take notes, ask questions and interact with
others.
