2 Grain Exchanger.  Splits grain flow.  Gives completely uniform drying - no overdrying.  Removable plates provide easy access for inspection.

3 Woven Wire Screen.  9 mesh x ½" weave provides total open area of approximately 39%.  Offers minimum resistance to air stream so air flows evenly and efficiently - and there are no holes to plug up.  Made from high carbon, abrasion-resistant steel.

4 In Line Burner.  Offers maximum flame surface, assures uniform heating of air and gives maximum fuel efficiency.  Available for natural gas, propane, oil or a combination of oil and gas.

5 F/M Return.  Optional at extra cost.  Removable baffles divert foreign material back into grain stream.  Minimizes clean-up, cuts labor costs and eliminates F/M build-up in enclosure.

6 Six Pocket Feed Roll.  Reduces grain damage.  Eliminates cracking between feed roll blade and apron.

7 Modular Steel Enclosures.  Insure even drying of both columns and provide weather protection for columns, fans, electrical controls.  Sheeting is 24- or 20-gauge galvanized steel.

8 Heavy Duty Fan.  Industrial, centrifugal-type fan with backward curved airfoil blade operates with minimum noise.  Runs at low RPM for long lasting performance and efficiency.  Osha-approved belt guards are standard.

9 Three Personnel Doors.  One on each side of dryer column.  Provide quick access to all parts and make it easy to inspect grain columns.

10 OSHA-Approved Ladders.  Provide access to screen columns and garner bin from either side of tower.  Service/work platforms provided at garner bin level.
