Candles are made in the U.S.A. 

2.  Terms: NET 30 days from invoice, unless otherwise specified on face of invoice.  All     invoices  not paid within terms of sale are subject to an interest charge.  No anticipation.        Make all checks payable to Woodbridge Candles, Inc.  P.O. Box 121, Freeman, SD  57029.  To insure proper payment application, return duplicate invoice copy with check or invoice  number on check. 

3.  Claims:  All claims for deficiencies, errors in pricing or terms must be filed in fifteen days.       Include a copy of delivery receipt to confirm cartons received as stated on bill of lading.  All      products are shipped in perfect condition.  All damage or loss claims must be filed by the      co-signee to the freight carrier.  No exceptions. 

4.  Returns:  No returns will be accepted without written authorization from the Freeman    office.  Authorization form must accompany the return. 

5.  New Accounts:  Minimum opening order is $300.00 at cost with proper credit approval.       Reorders will not be considered until payment for initial shipment has been received.  Once     satisfactory credit has been established, shipment will be made accordingly. 

6.  Payment:  All invoices 1-10 NET 30- or 12-10 dating are to be paid on time, any failure on      customers behalf will be put on cash basis.
